Our commission is agreed in writing before we start and is only payable once you've successfully rented or let a property. We'll explain every figure upfront — no surprise charges.
Typically a valid ID and the agreed deposit and advance rent. Requirements vary by landlord, so we'll confirm exactly what's needed for each apartment before you commit.
