Every cleaner goes through identity checks, reference checks and hands-on training before joining a job. The team is insured, so your apartment and belongings are protected.
We use eco-friendly, family- and pet-safe products as standard. If you have sensitivities or prefer specific products, let us know and we'll use what you provide.
Our commission is agreed in writing before we start and is only payable once you've successfully rented or let a property. We'll explain every figure upfront — no surprise charges.
Yes. Weekly and biweekly plans come with a discount and a consistent team where possible. You can pause or reschedule any visit with reasonable notice.

Most cleanings are scheduled within 48 hours of booking. Viewings are usually arranged within a day or two, depending on the landlord's availability.
